About This Project

A published open-source trilingual real-time talking-avatar kiosk. It does browser-side chroma-key compositing, drives a HeyGen streaming avatar with Azure OpenAI, and includes a custom Cantonese speech-to-text path (Whisper) with 8-key failover.
