IQVC

IQVC (International Qualification Verification Centre) is a 3-service platform that validates uploaded academic credentials, auto-discovers the issuing university's contact email, and dispatches tokenized one-click verification emails. It was co-developed with one other engineer; I owned the API and ML services.

I engineered a dual-path OCR and GPT-4o Vision pipeline with confidence gating, validity gated on 5 independent checks (academic flag, confidence, name-similarity, text quality, security features), automated university-email discovery (GPT-4o-mini with a Serper web-search fallback), and a tokenized verification handshake across a Next.js 15 web app, an Express API, and a FastAPI ML service.
